All support requests received Monday to Friday after 06:00pm (CET) will only processed on the following business day. We offer one free hour of remote support for the first commenced hour. Each additional hour is subject to a fee, the customer have to pay the resulting costs. On weekends and public holidays, our service hotline is available only to a limited extent. Processing will take place on the next business day. If support is required outside the specified hours, the customer have to pay the resulting costs.
